I just loved this for a first ready today. What a way to look at life. Enjoy and live, it’s easy to get in a rut and just watch the hours and days tick away. Take action Today, for yourself. What do you want out of life? How will you get what you want? Asking yourself these type of questions allows us to expand, create new opportunities and find Your Joy. Today is my 28th birthday and to mark the occasion, I wanted to create a plan for some of what I wanted to accomplish this year. How is a “bucket list” related to mental health, you ask? Well, I did a bit of research and I found some interesting ideas. A bucket list is an attempt to make life memorable and meaningful. Particularly, when an item on our bucket list attempts to “connect people to something larger than themselves, typically other people and their welfare”, then it can lead to us feeling more fulfilled if we accomplish it.Additionally, having goals can be motivating and encouraging and might just be the thing to push you out of bed each morning.
